STC-1 Small diaphragm, cardioid
Sontronics STC-1 is a small-diaphragm condenser microphone constructed from solid brass that is suited to recording instruments of any kind. A switchable high-pass filter at 75Hz/150Hz, along with a -10dB and -20dB PAD, allows control over low-frequency rumble and handling loud sound sources. Often used to capture woodwind, strings, percussion, brass, guitar and other strummed instruments.

DM-1S Small diaphragm, cardioid, for snare/percussion
Sontronics DM-1S has been designed to provide 'unmatchable results' from a snare, whether in the studio, at home or on the road. The microphone can also be used to capture other percussive instruments such as cajón, djembe, bongos, tabla, congas and more. DM-1S features a -10dB pad switch, making it capable of withstanding an impressive 135dB SPL, enough to cope with even the most heavy of hitters! Delivery includes microphone and clip.

DM-1B Large diaphragm, cardioid, for kick drum/bass instrument
DM-1B is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone designed for kick drum. Due to the microphone's sensitivity and its ability to handle high sound pressure levels of up to 155dB, DM-1B delivers 'outstanding results' on kick drum, capturing all the attack, resonance and energy. DM-1B can also be used with all kinds of bass instruments, from bass guitar cabinets and double bass to baritone sax and tuba.
Sontronics DM-1B is an ‘end-fire’ microphone meaning its cardioid capsule faces out of the top end of the mic. To get the best possible sound from a kick drum, this end should be placed facing the front head of the drum or even pushed slightly inside the sound hole. When used with other instruments, the microphone should be positioned in front of a bass guitar cabinet or at the bell of a saxophone, bass clarinet or brass instrument.
