Die Produkte der SPEEDYRJ45-Serie erleichtern die Konfektionierung von Twisted-Pair-Kabeln, indem die Kabel durch die Stecker hindurch und an der Vorderseite herausgeführt werden. So kann der Techniker die korrekte Kabelbelegung vor dem Crimpen prüfen, was Abfall und Zeit spart. Die Steckverbinder sind in Versionen für geschirmte und ungeschirmte Cat5E-, Cat6- und Cat6A-Kabel verfügbar und gleichermaßen für Litzen- und Volldrahtkabel geeignet.

Montageverfahren: Isolieren Sie das Kabel wie bei einem herkömmlichen RJ45-Stecker ab und öffnen Sie die Verdrillung der Leiterpaare bis zur Ummantelung. Führen Sie die einzelnen Leiter durch den Steckverbinder. (Legen Sie die acht Einzeldrähte vor dem Einführen flach nebeneinander und schneiden Sie sie anschließend schräg ab.) Prüfen Sie die korrekte Lage der Einzeldrähte und verdrillen Sie die losen Enden, sodass die Rückseite des Steckverbinders in Richtung Kabel gedrückt wird, bis das Kabel fest im Steckverbinder sitzt. Mit dem speziellen Crimp-Werkzeug (TRCSPDY4 oder TRCSPDY2) werden in einem Arbeitsschritt die Steckerkontakte auf die Einzeldrähte gecrimpt und die überstehenden Kabelenden abgeschnitten.

Anmerkung: Die Klinge des Crimp-Werkzeugs sollte nach jeweils 500 Crimp-Vorgängen erneuert werden.

The SPEEDYRJ45 range is designed to simplify twisted-pair terminations by allowing the wires to be inserted through the connectors and out of the front. This allows the technician to easily verify the proper wiring order before crimping the connector, reducing wastage and time. Versions are available for unscreened and screened Cat5E, Cat6, and Cat6A and are suitable for use with both solid and stranded wire.

Assembly technique: Strip the cable sheath and untwist the pairs down to the sheath-point in the standard way for RJ45 connectors, then insert the wires through the connector (trimming them on a diagonal after getting the eight wires laid flat, ready for insertion). Having checked they are in the correct positions, twisting the loose ends all together helps push the connector body down tightly onto the cable, seating it tightly in the rear of the connector. The special crimp-tools (TRCSPDY4 or TRCSPDY2) crimps the connector contacts and trims the surplus wire in a single operation.

Note: It is recommended that the trimming blade on the crimp tools are renewed after every 500 terminations.
