UNIVERSAL COAXIAL CABLE STRIPPERS

A precision cable stripper for the preparation of coaxial and other multi layer cables up to 10.5mm diameter. The tool has three spring loaded cutting blades which can be independently set by continuously adjustable lockable adjustment wheels. Cable stops (from 4 to 15mm, in 1mm increments) are provided so the cable can be inserted under each blade, butted against the cable stop and a few turns of the tool will prepare the cable for assembly. The three blades can be set to strip the outer sheath, the braid and the dielectric spacer, with one adjustment wheel coloured so the sequence of operation can easily be identified. The tool is supplied complete with full instructions, a set of three replacement blades, and a complete set of end stops. Replacement cutter blades are also available separately.

A kit of guide bushes is also available to aid volume production of identical cable ends. The kit comprises of 6 sets of 3 guide bushes covering cable sizes up to 10.5 mm which together with the end stops produce identical cable terminations in volume.
