DEFENDER CABLE CROSSOVER - XPRESS series

Defender cable crossovers are for use across roadways and walkways and open venues, in fact anywhere that cables are left exposed in hostile environments such as construction sites, warehousing, carnivals, exhibitions and music events. Most are coloured black and yellow for high visibility and consequently maximum public safety, however some models are coloured blue to better signify wheelchair compatibility. The top surfaces have anti-slip treads with no ridges or crevices to trip a pedestrian.

XPRESS cable protector has been designed to be laid over cables and hoses that have themselves already been laid. A low weight also contributes to easier handling and deployment

XPRESS cable protector is commonly used for indoor and outdoor use at the likes of exhibitions, trade fairs, shopping centres, stages, studios, offices, and more. The cable protector measures 100 x 30 mm, making it suitable for a wide variety of cables and hoses. The dimensions mean that, for example, up to 30microfon or power cables can be protected. With a load capacity of approx. 0.5 tonnes per 20cm sq., XPRESS cable protectors can support the weight of standard cars, trolleys, bicycles, wheelchairs, and pedestrians.

A 3D 'LaserGrip' surface features a design that ensures slip and tread resistance. The 'extremely robust' TPU material delivers unmatched stability and durability.

Optional XPRESS Anti-slip feet, which have a diameter of 27mm, are made of a soft plastic and can be inserted or clicked into the prepared elements without tools and hold very stably by themselves and without the need for glue. They can be secured using a strong plastic glue if permanent fixture is preferred. The feet offer a significant increase in slip resistance on 'almost all surfaces'.
