Versatile, microphones designed specifically for vocalists, yet with the versatility, smooth response, and dynamic range to be suitable for both vocals and instruments. Cardioid true condenser and super-cardioid self-biased models are available.

They have 'excellent feedback rejection and acoustic isolation' and a multistage pop filter reduces breath pop noises, The grilles are designed to retain shape by bouncing back after minor accidents. Handles feature 'Warm-Grip' for more comfortable feel. All have metal bodies, low output impedance, 3-pole XLR connector, and are supplied with microphone stand clamp and pouch.


RE420 - Condenser, cardioid, live vocal

This has a response tailored to provide 'just a slight amount of 'air' in the 5 to 10kHz area, enhancing the sound without adding stridency'. The cardioid polar pattern provides rear rejection and a smooth off-axis response that is helpful for performers who tend to 'wander' around the microphone. Low frequency response varies with the distance from the sound source. Maximum bass response is produced with the microphone some 10mm from the sound source. Non-reflecting black body with black woven metal basket. A high pass filter with two positions, flat/high-pass, allows the user to attenuate frequencies below 150Hz.

RE520 - Condenser, super cardioid, live vocal

The RE510 has a supercardioid, condenser capsule offering the warmth of a larger capsule design without sacrificing off-axis performance or transient response. The supercardioid polar pattern aids superior feedback rejection and acoustic isolation. The high frequency response provides 'full and vivid' sound reproduction, whilst the multi-stage pop filter attenuates wind and pop noise. A high pass filter with two positions, flat/high-pass, allows the user to attenuate frequencies below 150Hz. Non-reflecting black body, silver grey woven metal basket.
